PLYMOUTH COMMUNITY CHORUS
More in Common
An evening, celebrating the songs, stories and shared experiences that remind us we are more alike than different.
Every person has a story. Every voice has a place.
We come from different backgrounds, different experiences, and different walks of life. Yet beneath those differences are the moments that connect us: friendship, family, hope, laughter, love, and the desire to belong.
More in Common is a celebration of those shared experiences through music that reminds us that what unites us will always be greater than what divides us.

The Experience
Every person has a story.
Different beginnings.
Different experiences.
Different dreams.
Yet when we sing together, those differences don’t disappear—they become part of something larger.
More in Common is a celebration of community through music that invites us to listen, laugh, reflect, and celebrate the experiences that connect us all.
Our hope is simple: you’ll leave carrying a little more kindness, connection, and hope than when you came.
You’ll leave knowing that kindness, compassion, and belonging aren’t thing we find. They’re things we create together.
We don’t become the same.
We simply discover we belong together.
THE JOURNEY
Every Journey Begins Somewhere
Every BeckRidge experience is intentionally shaped to tell a story. Rather than simply presenting a collection of songs, each performance invites you to travel through ideas, emotions, and connections that give the music its deeper purpose.
Chapter I
Waiting
Long before there was celebration, there was waiting.
The Christmas story begins not with angels or shepherds, but with centuries of hope held quietly in faithful hearts. This opening chapter reflects that longing. It invites us to pause, listen, and remember that even when answers seem distant, hope is often closer than we realize.
And then … light appears.
Chapter II
Light
Light never arrives with fanfare. It simply begins to shine.
The Christmas story turns quietly from waiting to wonder as a single light begins to change everything around it. This chapter reflects that moment of awakening, inviting us to recognize the ways hope often appears not all at once, but one small step at a time.
And slowly … hope begins to grow.
Chapter III
Joy
Hope was never meant to be kept to ourselves.
What was once hoped for now becomes a reason to sing. This chapter celebrates the warmth of shared voices, familiar traditions, and the quiet realization that the greatest gifts are often found in moments spent together. As the music grows in energy and confidence, it invites us to rejoice in the light that has been given.
And one voice becomes many.
Chapter IV
Celebration
Every meaningful journey gives us something in return.
What began in quiet expectation now becomes joyful celebration. These final moments are not simply the conclusion of a concert, but an invitation to carry its hope into everyday life. Long after the applause fades, our wish is that the music continues to echo in your heart, reminding you that even the smallest light can illuminate the darkest night.
Carry the light with you.
We’d love to share this experience with you.
